a journey from one state to another. The cocoon symbolizes an intermediate state, a "between" zone where the old form no longer exists, but the new has yet to emerge. This embodies the philosophical concept of liminality—
a threshold state essential for change.
"Metamorphosis" portrays transformation as
a fundamental process that requires inner work and perseverance. It suggests that only through both physical and mental movement can one break free from the "cocoon" of limitations.
